2. Check-in & Check-out: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date may be eligible for a refund as per the resort’s cancellation policy. Late cancellations, no-shows, or early departures will be charged in full.

4. Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior and follow all resort rules. Any misconduct, disturbance, or damage to property may result in cancellation of stay without refund.

5. Resort Facilities & Services: Access to certain amenities and activities (pool, gym, spa, adventure sports) may depend on weather, operational hours, or maintenance schedules. Additional charges may apply for premium facilities.

6. Liability Disclaimer: Aamby Valley Resort is not responsible for loss of valuables, personal injury, or damage to belongings unless caused by proven negligence of resort staff. Guests are encouraged to use lockers and secure personal items.

7. Outside Items & Conduct: Outside food, alcohol, or unauthorized equipment may be restricted on resort property. Guests must comply with safety instructions, swimming pool rules, and activity guidelines.

8. Force Majeure: The resort is not liable for interruptions due to natural calamities, government regulations, pandemics, or events beyond our control.
